Saxon Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was very easy; they were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude. The venue itself is so pretty, with beautiful gardens and architecture that made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos. It was definitely worth the money to host our reception there. The staff at Saxon Manor went above and beyond for us on our special day - they were attentive to every detail, from the setup and decor to making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Saxon Manor to any couple planning their wedding! Even the food was a huge hit.

Our wedding at Bella Cosa was nothing short of magical — truly the day of our dreams brought to life in the most beautiful way. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the breathtaking landscaping, the meticulous attention to detail, and the exceptional team who made everything feel effortless. Every inch of the property felt like it was made for us, and the atmosphere was pure romance. But what truly set Bella Cosa apart — and what I’ll be forever grateful for — were Shelby and Lori. These two women were absolute angels throughout the entire planning process and on our big day. Attentive, compassionate, communicative, and endlessly kind, they became the rock I leaned on, the calm in the chaos, and the guiding hands that made everything come together perfectly. I genuinely can’t imagine our day without them. Shelby and Lori didn’t just help coordinate a wedding — they helped create memories that will live in our hearts forever. Thanks to them and the entire Bella Cosa team, our wedding wasn’t just an event — it was a flawless, joy-filled celebration that exceeded every expectation. If you’re dreaming of a picture-perfect wedding with a team that truly cares, look no further than Bella Cosa. It was everything I hoped for, and so much more.

The Orlo House

5.0

Tampa, FL
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $3,500

Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Orlo has been restored and still has the original wood floors, chandeliers, and grand staircase. It is the perfect blank slate for your wedding or event!

Why you'll love this venue

  • Pets can join the celebration
  • Versatile for various event styles
  • Historic touches

Venue considerations

  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists
  • No on-premises lodging options
  • Does not provide event staff
We used The Orlo House for our wedding in June 2022. Everything was organized, coordinated, and easy, from the initial communication and scheduling a visit, to understanding the particulars and what was and wasn't included and options, to having everything lined up and working with our other vendors the day of. We couldn't have been happier with the selection and the people at The Orlo we dealt with. Working with one of Orlo's preferred caterers definitely helped. Thank you!!!
