Choosing Stroudsmoor was the #1 best decision I could have made when it came to my wedding. It is the PERFECT place to get married. They have everything right there for you no matter which venue on their property you choose. We got married at The Pavillion because we wanted an outdoor ceremony with a “backyard/park” feel. From the moment I met my event planner, Danica, the planning went smoothly and every detail was covered. Grayson handled the flowers and decor beautifully. My bouquet came out better than I ever could have expected and the ceremony and reception decor was everything i was looking for. I came to them with a cake stand I had seen that I was going to rent myself but instead THEY HAD ONE MADE!! That’s just one example of many of how they go above and beyond to make your day a dream come true. From the ceremony to the reception things were seamless from a venue standpoint. Danica and Kailey planned my day with me and made sure my vision came to life. Checked in often and even made sure our fist look went smoothly while juggling another wedding. Maddy, Kim, Jenny, and Ally took it from immediately after the ceremony to the end of the night, never leaving me and my guests without whatever it was we needed. Jenny ensured I had a drink in my hand before I even thought to head to the bar for another starting with hitting the end of the aisle after the “I do”. My guests raved about she service and attentiveness of everyone and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my next chapter as wife! Stroudsmoor will take your vision and make it a reality!!

Located at 737 W Fort McClure Blvd in Bloomsburg, the property provides privacy and seclusion for its guests but is only a few minutes away from hotels and downtown Bloomsburg. The Barn features a huge second story deck that wraps around half the building; it provides a wonderful space for guests during the warmer months.

  • Provides catering services
  • Has a dance floor for celebration

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • No on-site guest accommodations

The Barn at Boones Dam was a wonderful venue for our wedding. Communication with the staff was easy, quick, and knowledgeable which made planning very smooth. The barn itself is a beautiful, clean space that provided the perfect backdrop for our big day. They kept everything running on time and made sure we were well fed. The staff was also very flexible in accommodating some last minute changes we had to make. I would highly recommend The Barn to any couple looking for a scenic, accommodating venue with helpful, responsive staff to make your wedding day everything you hoped it would be.

My family has known the owners at the Barn at Greenwood for many years. I grew up right up the road from them, so it was special for my husband and me to get married there. The owners were so easy to communicate with, and they were very accommodating and lovely to work with. They were present at the wedding, providing us with the ability to access them at any point for any questions or things we needed. The venue was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was a beautiful day, and we were able to have the large barn doors open. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for such a beautiful venue for my husband and me to get married at.

Venue considerations

  • Not for you if you don't want a rustic vibe
  • Not for you if you are looking for something nontraditional
  • No in-house catering options
Everything about our wedding at the Pump House was absolutely perfect. We found the Pump House after our original venue was affected by the the hurricane in Asheville, NC. We were rushing to find something that was available on our date, and hit on our non-negotiables: we wanted something where we could spend the day out in nature, have friends and family stay on the property with us, and have a relaxing day all in one location, with a beautiful ceremony site and reception room. As soon as we toured the venue, we knew we didn’t have to look anywhere else. One of the biggest things that sold us on the Pump House was how much the owners, Doug and Lisa, care about their land, the venue, and the weddings that were hosted there. Every space is decorated with Doug’s artwork, from paintings to the tiles in all the bathrooms, which is such a charming touch. They can tell you all about the history of the property and the different types of trees you’ll see as you explore the hiking trails. They’ll even tell you stories of past weddings and couples who have been through their doors as well. Throughout our tour and the whole planning process, we never felt like we were just another wedding or that they were just checking the boxes. On our wedding day, we woke up in our gorgeous accommodations to the relaxing sounds of birds and the river. We got to sit and have an incredible breakfast with our friends and family before getting ready (the breakfast. Omg. I’d book this venue for the breakfast itself). A group went for a hike and a dip in the river that morning too. I felt like we were surrounded by the most positive, magical energy all day as we took our photos in the forrest. We ended up moving our ceremony into the Brick Barn due to rain (fortunately that’s the only time throughout the day it rained, so our guests got to hang outside during the reception), but we ended up having the most intimate, beautiful ceremony in there, that we couldn’t even imagine doing differently now. Plus, the cats and chickens on the property were a big hit with us and the guests :) We’ve had so many people rave to us about how unique and beautiful the venue was. I’m so glad that we found the Pump House, and I’m sure we’ll be planning trips back in the future for anniversaries.

I held my wedding at the Cypress House on May 27th and I cannot use a better word to describe the day than "perfect". The Cypress House is a truly exceptional venue and it is even more gorgeous than the photos. We hosted our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the venue. I cannot tell how many times throughout our wedding day my husband and I were asked "how did you find this place?!" Not only is the venue stunning but the staff is nothing short of exceptional. The three sisters who run this venue take tremendous pride in this place and it shows. They were all easy to work with and were so accommodating of my busy schedule while planning my wedding. Courtney made coordinating all aspects of the venue easy and provided an excellent list of vendors which were AMAZING. Alexa added the most gorgeous designs and rentals that enhanced our day and made it feel like us. Chelsea provided some of the most stunning florals ever and transformed our ceremony flowers into a gorgeous sweetheart table. The staff that helped us on the day was also amazing and we laughed at many points because they are so organized and on top of things we felt like we had the secret service keeping our wedding day running smoothly! Finally our day of coordinator Chloe was so easy to work with and immediately felt like a friend helping us make the day run perfectly. I would book the Cypress House 1000 times over and I am so happy that I chose to have my wedding at this venue. I cannot thank the Cypress House and their team enough for the amazing day they provided us.

My husband and I got married in April 2025, and choosing Arrow Studio & Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the initial planning stages to the actual wedding day, Allie and her team delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. The planning process with Arrow Studio & Events was remarkably smooth. Allie and Becca were attentive, responsive, and provided expert guidance throughout. They took the time to understand our vision and helped transform our ideas into reality. Their organizational skills and attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked in the months leading up to our special day. On our wedding day, Allie and her team executed everything flawlessly. As the bride, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I had complete confidence in their abilities. If there were any issues or unexpected challenges behind the scenes (which are inevitable at any event), they handled them so professionally that I was completely unaware. This level of service allowed me to focus solely on celebrating with our loved ones instead of worrying about logistics. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. They anticipated needs before they arose and maintained a calm, positive atmosphere throughout the day. I cannot recommend Arrow Studio & Events highly enough to couples planning their wedding in the Central PA area. The Arrow team is filled with true professionals who care deeply about creating memorable experiences for their clients. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to their exceptional service and dedication. Thank you, Allie, Becca, and the entire Arrow team, for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Overall, we had a great experience with Evergreene Venue. At first we were a bit skeptical because communication was slow and inconsistent, but as the wedding day got closer, they really stepped up. Nina, the venue coordinator, was absolutely fabulous - she made sure everyone was where they needed to be before, during, and after the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. She also made sure my husband and I got a bite to eat between ceremony and reception, and was even kind enough to help bustle my dress before our reception entrance. Nina truly made our wedding the success that it was. The venue itself was bright, beautiful, and had great views. The service from the venue employees was also wonderful. There were a few small things here and there that could have been better (some of the cocktail food items and reception dinner were a bit cold, and one of the dessert options changed day-of without our knowledge), but other than that, my husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Evergreene Venue. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting us on how wonderful it was. Definitely recommend for your big day!

What an amazing venue! From the moment we toured and signed our contract, to the day after our wedding when we picked everything up (that was nearly packed for us), this place was seriously the best! Mollie and Alana were so great to work with the year leading up to our wedding, always available to answer questions and bounce ideas off of. Emily, our DOC, was truly AMAZING! She was so attentive to not only our entire wedding day and party, but to my husband and I. Any time I turned around she was right there ready to do whatever I asked. The ceremony summit terrace and the cocktail hour courtyard are both beautiful and intimate while also providing plenty of space. The food and service was excellent. The venue itself is naturally gorgeous and impeccably well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and a charming, rustic feel. On top of that, their affordable pricing made it an incredible value. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, from the decorations shed full of items we could use, to the open houses they host to help couples plan, to the annual holiday party for all their newlyweds. As a family-owned, LGBTQ-friendly business, we felt so welcomed and cared for throughout the entire process. If you're looking to work with people who truly care, this is the venue for you. Advice: Request Lisa and Patrick as your Day of Host, they are the closest thing to a Day of Coordinator. They’re so kind and did every job we asked them to do, from lighting candles, moving flowers, golf-carting grandparents, lighting sparklers and more!

We had been going to Folino for years prior to booking them for our wedding so we were already fans, but they did a wonderful job in giving us the exact wedding experience we wanted. The space is beautiful, the staff is exceptional, and we felt the cost was reasonable (as reasonable as a wedding can be, at least). Any complaints or concerns we had were 100% remedied and they truly pulled off a flawless execution when the big day came. Lauren and the planning team were responsive and accommodating. She helped guide us through the many small decisions that need to be made that we didn’t even know existed. When the day came, we had Kelly take care of us as our Maitre D’ and she ensured we were well fed and had plenty of access to drinks. Overall, we can’t say enough positive things about our experience here.
