Established in 1830, this operational farm presents a venue steeped in history. Couples can say their "I dos" in the event barn, distinguished by its wooden interiors, sparkling chandeliers, and classic wooden pews. Drakewood Farm is an all-inclusive wedding venue that sits on 40 beautiful acres of rolling farmland. Our most popular wedding location is our wooded ceremony area. Our 170-year-old barn is perfect for weddings, as well as country music videos, especially when the light comes streaming in just right. Our 6,000 square foot reception pavilion can be open-air or heated and cooled as needed for the comfort of your guests. All of ceremony and reception spots can be custom decorated to make your perfect backdrop to say "I Do!" Our property also feature a 1850s historic mansion and a rustic loft above our stone cottage for getting ready. Firefly Lane is located on our 85+ acre family farm with two available venues. Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family!
