I knew with my busy work schedule it would be difficult to plan a wedding all by myself and that wedding planners are expensive. Baker's Ranch provides an all inclusive experience from start to finish with their lovely staff and made it so easy. The venue itself if beautiful and has a lot of variety and photo backdrop magic. They were very communicative and professional throughout the whole process. You can have design sessions and they can bring whatever vision you have for your special day to life. I'm so glad I got married here.

We cannot stop raving about the venue and staff at the Sarasota Art Museum! From the Director to the volunteers, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and hard working. This occurred from our initial consultation and fact-finding inquiries and visits. This continued through the planning and implementation process of our event! Never did I ever imagine how smooth everything would go. Laura always provided the details and clarification of anything that I may have missed or just needed additional information on and the security staff worked efficiently to make sure we were able to store necessary items in a safe location for before and after our event. Carolyn and her kitchen/catering staff with Constellations Catering Group were phenomenal! We do not say this lightly! Carolyn was super communicative and at any point and time was able to be reached quickly when needed. I have never met a friendlier more down to earth person while still making sure that the business needs are still addressed professionally and promptly. THANK YOU CAROLYN! From A to Z, the food and service were superb and on point. The Kitchen and catering staff are highly recommended. They catered to our every need and the food is the best that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of attending business and personal events. We continue to get raving compliments from our guests about the wonderful service and simply delicious food that we enjoyed during our event on 04/20/2024! Thank you again to the entire Team! We were so lucky with weather and the sunset, the night was absolutely amazing! Our wedding date was November 12. We had the ceremony on the beach and then the reception was under the pavilion. We decorated mainly with string lights and the vibe was everything I wanted for an island beach wedding. Molly helped us plan and Jess was our day of coordinator, both did an excellent job. Nothing major went wrong and Jess helped keep everything on track. The only real downside was the guests have to use the bathrooms that are inside the restaurant.

We had the most amazing wedding at Skybeach Hotel & Marina, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The venue's location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that made our ceremony feel like a dream. The entire setting was picturesque, with the shimmering water and clear skies providing a beautiful backdrop for every moment. The hotel itself is gorgeous, blending modern style with a relaxed, tropical vibe. The marina added a unique, luxurious feel to the venue, and our guests loved seeing the boats in the background. Our guests were also very impressed with the accommodations, as many stayed at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and everyone loved having everything they needed in one place. Wow I can’t say enough great things about Melissa and the team at Isla del Sol. Not only was the venue just beautiful but they took care of EVERYTHING and it was the easiest process to plan. I am an out of town bride, so having an all-inclusive venue was super important to me. Isla del sol takes care of everything from ceremony, to tables/linens to dining, to food and alcohol and a full team of staff. The food was amazing. The venue and atmosphere were everything I could have dreamed. Melissa and the staff are the most friendly and welcoming individuals. Melissa is so on top of it, super quick to respond, stayed in touch during our long year & half engagement, and worked with us to schedule any tours/tastings around the dates we were in town. One of the best parts, is that you will be the ONLY bride during your wedding weekend. We were able to do rehearsal the night before and the day of had the entire bridal suite and groom suite to ourselves and could enter any time we wanted. We also brought all the décor the night before, so it made it so much easier the day of. I would recommend Isla del Sol to anyone who ever wants to get married in the St Pete area. They made my wedding better than I could have even dreamed.

Overall, the planning process was easy, and the team was very communicative. There were a few hiccups with booking our room block (related to the quoted rate and the site not letting guests book longer than the weekend nights), but once that was resolved most everything else was smooth sailing. The venue is stunning - our guests enjoyed the rooms and food. And even though we had to make the last minute call to move our welcome reception indoors due to the weather, the Zamora team made it happen and it ended up being great! The only things I would improve was that there was not enough shade for our morning rooftop wedding and there were issues with the audio. We knew having an August wedding in Florida would be hot, but there needs to be more shade options on the rooftop - it is such a beautiful venue and makes for stunning photos, but we were all miserably hot! The issues with audio were due to the AV guy not knowing how to hook my laptop with all my playlists up to the sound system. Frustrating but my day of coordinator stepped in and did the best she could to salvage it.

Oaks of Devonaire is not only a beautiful venue at an incredibly reasonable price point (hands down the best in the area for 3 days!), but the venue owners truly are so kind and accommodating! We have conducted weddings at the Dolphin Beach Resort for 22 years. The location is so convenient for couples as the bride and groom's Gulf front room is a minimum of steps onto the beach where the setting will be. Ryan & I knew we wanted a beach wedding, but where? My husband had been to St. Pete Beach one other time for a work event, so that’s how we settled with the beach. Picking the venue seemed like a daunting task all the way from Nebraska, but once we found Tradewinds and met Hannah, their wedding coordinator, we knew instantly. We flew down one time before our wedding, so I really trusted Hannah and our planner and they knocked it out of the park. The hotel room was perfect size for my wedding party and I to get ready and with the natural light from the beautiful room views our makeup artist was in heaven! The guys spent the day enjoying an amazing lunch at the Flying Bridge, playing mini-putt and hanging out at the lobby bar while they waited. The photo backdrops you can find around the property made for magical wedding photos. Our ceremony was on the beach and the set up was perfect! The reception was in the courtyard and it was the best spot. We go visit the courtyard each time we come back to visit! The food was 10/10! I wish they had a restaurant on their property that served the same food that was served that night because we would eat there constantly! Their chef is truly so skilled! You don’t hear many people talk about wedding food, but 2 1/2 years later and our guests still rave about it; specifically the corn chowder! Yum! I really can’t thank Hannah, Tradewinds, and our planner enough. I didn’t feel an ounce of stress planning our wedding because of them. Tradewinds has really become our home away from home and it is all because of the amazing work they did for the biggest day of our life!

The Poynter Institute was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! So much is included for such a fantastic price! The space is so incredibly beautiful, we did not feel the need to do much in the way of decor. Additionally, its location in downtown St Pete and proximity to hotels, restaurants, bars, and more, was absolutely perfect for our guests, since the majority were from out of town. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive! It was great to support a local nonprofit organization that also does a lot for our local community. I cannot recommend The Poynter Institute enough!

We highly recommend The Birchwood! Our reception had 123 guests and the ballroom was the perfect size for that guest count -- it felt intimate but not crowded. Everything was so organized down the tiniest details, which resulted in a well run and amazing party. From the beautiful built in bar to the balcony to the top tier food to the gorgeous view on the rooftop for cocktail hour, the night flew by because of how much fun we had. We got great feedback from our guests on the venue too! It is also a gorgeous space that can accommodate many different decor styles but that doesn't need a lot of "extra" decor to look beautiful, which was helpful to me as someone who would be intimidated by a full DIY space but appreciated the flexibility to pick a theme that suited us. It's a venue that photographs very well! Finally and most importantly, the staff are so helpful and professional. We worked with Marlice and Claire for most of our planning process and they were both so organized, responsive and kind. For example, on our final walkthrough, Marlice stayed for extra time to watch us practice our first dance on the dance floor -- she definitely did not need to do that and it was so appreciated. And she was always available to answer any question big or small. Thank you to The Birchwood for making our day feel so special and fun!

The team at Winthrop Barn Theatre were so incredibly helpful from the day that I inquired about the venue. They were so accommodating and kind. We had a smaller budget for our wedding reception and I felt that the pricing for the venue rental was affordable. The deposit was also very minimal in comparison to other venues that we looked into. I liked that we had the flexibility to create our vision. One of my favorite things was the lighting. Our family and friends enjoyed taking photos at night in the courtyard out back. We had a lot of guests compliment the beauty of the venue itself as well as Winthrop Town Centre. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The preferred vendors on their list were great to work with. We were so very happy to have our wedding reception there and will cherish the memories made for years to come.
