“Our wedding cake was a highly anticipated part of our special day, and the team at Zingerman’s Bakehouse truly exceeded all of our expectations. During our initial consultation, Alyce was extremely helpful in guiding us through the many design options and hand-sketched the most beautiful cake that perfectly captured our wedding style and vision. The tasting box that they put together for us was absolutely delicious, and my husband and I had the best time picking out flavors from their many offerings and recommendations before finally deciding on their vanilla chiffon cake with lemon curd and raspberry buttercream. We really wanted to incorporate fresh floral arrangements on our cake, and the Zingerman’s Bakehouse team worked seamlessly with our florist to coordinate the design and set-up. On the day of our wedding, the cake was stunning and exactly how we envisioned it, and our guests endlessly complimented how absolutely delicious it was. After our wedding, the Bakehouse team also went above and beyond to help us coordinate for a replacement top tier for our anniversary after our hotel mistakenly threw ours away. We really can't thank Zingerman’s Bakehouse enough for their incredible work and for making the entire process easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Zingerman’s Bakehouse to any other couples looking for a beautiful and delicious cake for their big day.”

“The entire process of working with Beth was super easy and fun! We had an in person tasting where we got to sample a ton of cake, frosting and filling options. Beth was very thorough in asking questions about what we wanted and what we envisioned for our cake. On the actual wedding day, she delivered the cake exactly as promised and the cake was beautiful and delicious. Many wedding guests said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. “Sweet Heather Anne made the cake for our September 2022 wedding and it was absolutely amazing!! They made the whole process so easy and the cake was BEAUTIFUL. We gave Heather freedom to make a design that fit to our wedding colors and mood board and she knocked it out of the park. Our cake had sugar flowers on it which were so realistic that many guests thought they were real flowers. The best part is that the sugar flowers were saved when the cake was cut, so we actually still have them now in a vase as decoration in our home, which always reminds us of the beautiful day :) We had two flavors: chocolate praline and blood orange olive oil. I am something of a cake snob and would never serve a cake made with american buttercream at my wedding. SHA makes a swiss meringue buttercream that uses local dairy ingredients! The cake was so delicious and our guests raved about it, especially the blood orange olive oil flavor. The chocolate praline was my personal favorite. You can't go wrong with SHA! We give them 10/5 stars! 3”

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

“We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”
