The staff communication is efficient, easy, and professional throughout the entire process from start to day-of. Couples don’t have to worry about finding servers or bartenders and they even do most set up and tear down. The venue is beautifully designed, well-lit, clean, spacious, and has a true sense of luxury. They fully customize everything to their couple’s wedding vision and take care of all the details. The food is amazing- unlike most weddings I go to- it doesn’t just taste like “catered bulk food” it’s truly food I would love to order at a nice restaurant. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was personalized, sweet, accommodating, and incredibly detailed in their communication. This authentic farm-chic setting was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was amazing from start to finish and made the day seamless and special for everyone. Adeline Farms is a beautiful location close to the Lewis River, and Harold the Oak Tree was a stunning backdrop to our ceremony that also provided much needed shade for our mid-July wedding. We loved the ability to build out our package the way that suited us best, including preferred vendors, flowers, providing our own alcohol with no corkage, and not having to use an outside wedding planner. They did an outstanding job on the floral/overall decorations and made our vision come to life. In addition, we utilized the on-site home for two nights - hosting our rehearsal dinner there and the after party the night of our wedding. Their team was fantastic at handling all the logistics, allowing my wife and me to truly enjoy the day and spend quality time with our loved ones instead of worrying about the details. The location was also great for our guests, as it allowed bigger groups to stay together and make a weekend out of the celebration.
