Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. River Rendezview is a wedding venue nestled along the San Bernard River 60 miles south of Houston near Brazoria, Texas. Facilities and Capacity This waterfront venue has a party barn that is ideal for a shabby chic wedding or country-style event, accommodating up to 400 people. There is also a large screened-in porch area adjacent to the river that allows for a unique outdoor patio wedding. It can be used as an extension of the party barn for cocktails and mingling, accommodating up to 250 guests.
