“Wedding food sometimes gets a bad reputation, for good reason I suppose. But I can say definitively that Anyae and team cooked the best wedding meal I’ve ever had - I REALLY loved our dinner. Beyond that, out of all of our vendors, they were consistently one of the only ones we didn’t have to stress over. Anyae is consistently responsive (despite my many, many tedious questions), and her flexibility and caring nature truly went above and beyond even our best expectations. Anyae was not just a caterer - she became a confidant and a friend. We found Anyae when we had to fire our original caterer for basically ghosting us and being wishy-washy with poor communication regarding our reception venue’s simple requirements regarding open flame. Anyae stepped in and saved the day, despite a relatively quick turnaround (for weddings at least). We were so impressed with her team’s professionalism and DANG GOOD FOOD. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all of our friends. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Anyae, for everything. The food she prepared for my wedding was unbelievable, and I had several people approach me after the wedding to tell me that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! I've honestly never enjoyed a meal at a wedding, until we had the buffet Beverly and her team prepared. I was so happy that the food was such a highlight of the event. I believe we had a lasagna, chicken/shrimp pasta, mac and cheese, and a cheesy squash-zucchini casserole. Beverly, her husband, and the rest of the crew were incredibly kind and their service was great; the serving of the food was very smooth, unlike some weddings I've been to where it takes forever for each table to get through the line! She even checked in with me at the end of the night to congratulate me and to make sure we didn't need anything else.
