My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. At the end of the call, she let me know that she would put a vision board together to send over for me. She let me know that might take a couple of days; it didn't. Within 24 hours she had it to me to review. That type of customer service is hard to find, but it is so appreciated! Throughout the planning process, Tanya kept in contact to see if I wanted to stick with the original plan, or change certain elements. There were times I had questions and Tanya answered them with lightening speed. As always, she was professional, knowledgeable, and educational. For our wedding, we went with bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, wine barrel arraignments, and flowers for bud vases. Tanya was not able to make it to our event, but she had her mother take her place and communicated this with us and also our wedding planner so we knew exactly what would be happening. Every arraignment was stunning and our flowers stayed alive for a week after our event so that we could continue to enjoy them. Overall, Tanya is fantastic and the florals she using are stunning. We are so happy we decided to go with her for our big day!”

I discovered wood flowers when I was planning my wedding in 2020. From that point I fell in love and Tipsy Designs blossomed! Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.
