Let’s start with Sage & Spice Catering. The food was unbelievable. Truly, I’m still dreaming about it—and so are many of our guests who went out of their way to tell me how delicious everything was. From passed hors d’oeuvres to our late-night snack station, everything was flawless. The presentation, the flavor, the service—it was all next level. Their team was so much more than caterers—they were kind, attentive, and willing to lend a helping hand outside of their official duties. They were on top of every detail from planning to clean-up and brought such a calm, professional presence to our day. We also used Sage & Spice for our open bar, and they knocked it out of the park. We ordered all our wine through them (super easy), and they helped us create two specialty cocktails that our guests loved.
