We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Her, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. We genuinely had the most amazing day, and that was thanks to her. We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Once the love of your life finally ask you to marry them the real stress begins. Where should we get married, when should we get married, and finally who should help us get married? I cant help you with the first two question's but the last one is easy, Lori! Lori was there every step of the way to help make suggestion's and guide us through the confusing wedding process. With her years of experience as a wedding coordinator she is the perfect person to have in your corner both leading up to and at your wedding. She is there to help prevent and in some cases put out any “fires” that may arise on your special day before you even know about them. Lets face it, sometimes things don't go as planned but Lori does everything in her power to make sure they do and has a backup plan for when they don't. I don't think I had to lift a single finger day of, all I had to do was show up, enjoy the day and let her take care of the rest. Cassandra was such a perfect coordinator for my wedding! I discussed potential family issues that may arise on the day of the wedding (which did almost come to fruition), and her answer for how she’d handle the situation was what sealed the deal for me. She made sure my day went off perfectly. Absolutely perfectly. Literally nothing went wrong. I was fully prepared for the old saying of “something always goes wrong at a wedding” to happen. It never did. Cassandra made sure everything was just flawless. I also hired her for setup the day of, and she was able to take my DIY decor and make it look so classy and perfect for the vibe I wanted. Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly. Then, just when things got stressful—a hurricane hit Florida the day before we were supposed to fly out! Our flight was canceled, and I was panicked. Lynn called me and remained so optimistic! Victoria was an absolute gem for day of coordination for my wedding!! She was very communicative for the weeks leading up to the wedding, helpful with ironing out any kinks with vendors, and made sure to have all the details well thought out and organized. I was able to completely let go and relax on the day of my wedding because Victoria took on all the stress for me. She handled a few of my “difficult” guests like a champ- she stayed calm and professional and didn’t let it ruin my day. She also helped me get a stain out of my dress, made sure I constantly had drinks in my hand, got my plate of food, took some nice photos/ videos on her phone, and just kept me staying sane. Victoria knows what she is doing and her personality is really a great fit for wedding coordinating.
