Merinda Starnes has performed as a solo, orchestra, and ensemble musician since 2007. She received her degree in harp performance from the University of Utah studying under Dr. Cathy Clayton. During her college career, she performed with the University of Utah and University of Arizona’s Wind Ensemble and Philharmonic as their principal harpist. ​Her solo performing career started at the age of 9 and since then, she has played in over 100 weddings and events.

Jessica McAllister is an experienced solo violinist based out of Salt Lake County, Utah. She has earned over 80 five-star reviews, been named GigSalad's "Top Performer" and received Thumbtack's "#1 Solo Musician in Salt Lake City, UT" award. She performs for weddings, receptions, cocktail hours, engagements, formal dinners, birthday parties, corporate events, funerals, and everything in between. OPOV Band is a well established band in business since 2014. We are currently an 10 piece band and 1 sound engineer. Our instruments are Drums, Bass, Keys, Guitar, Trumpet, Trombone, and Saxophone. We currently have 1 male vocalist and 2 female vocals. We do have the ability to add instruments and vocals upon client request. All of our musicians are experienced, professional, and seasoned. We enjoy playing good music covering various genres such as Motown, R&B, Soul, Pop, Classic Rock, and Rock 'n' Roll.
