There is a brand new garden area that is ideal for an outdoor ceremony or reception! We have string lights inside the barn as well as 100 white resin wedding chairs, 7- 60in round tables, 15- 6ft tables, and 3- 8ft tables free for you to use. Our modern, beautifully designed venue offers over 3,000 sq. ft. of open space perfect for weddings of all sizes—up to 250 guests. We include tables, chairs, black or white linens, a caterer’s kitchen, elegant restrooms, Bluetooth stereo with mics, and a rolling bar. Custom pricing is based on your guest count, event type, and day of the week. All bookings include cleaning, same-day event insurance, and required security for events over 100 guests. We require licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date. Dear Couples, Thanks for your interest in our exclusive, historic farm! We have several openings for 2025. We are a small family farm available during the Spring and Fall only. Our ancestors established this property in 1826. We named our venue this because we treasure the history of this space, and know there were many long, happy marriages on this land. There are several natural backdrops from which to choose for your ceremony; a log barn built in the 1820s, under an oak tree that is almost 200 years old, next to the pond on the dock, or by the large barn with a few curious horses behind you. Then walk across the green grass to your celebration under a tent, with or without a dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs and linens of your choosing. All of our vendors provide the chairs, tables, tableware, tent, linens, bar services, catering, photography, music, etc.

Nestled on 19 acres in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia, Sugarboo Farms is a unique camping resort and organic farm, perfect for your special day. The Farmhouse serves as the ideal gathering spot, offering comfortable accommodations and a charming setting for your wedding celebration.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Guests will be free to relax on our patios or along the path following the creek. We make everything easy and simple from setting up your decorations to packing them up when you depart so you can focus on what matters on your wedding day - each other. We're an outdoor venue with 2 options for your ceremony - the Gazebo or the Azalea Meadow. Either space can accommodate up to 25 people.

Burkhalter Estates is a beautifully appointed custom home situated on the brow of Lookout Mountain with breathtaking bluff views. If you are looking for the perfect sunset venue, you have found it! The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths with plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready for the big day.

Our historic venue was originally a church built in 1904 and renovated in 2011. We are known for having beautiful exposed brick, large arched windows providing lots of natural lighting, and unique spaces all over the property for special, picture-perfect moments.
