You know when you meet someone and it feels like you've been friends forever? That's Heather for you! Heather is fun, kind, warm, and will be your ultimate hype girl! Aside from being an awesome human, Heather is a talented photographer. Don't know how to pose and feel super awkward in front of a camera like me? No worries, Heather's got you! She'll direct you on how to stand, how to put your hands, how your face should look, give you hot tips... all of it! She also has a sharp eye for beautiful landscapes. You're in good hands and will have cute photos, I promise. In addition to Heather, we were lucky enough to work with her videographer, Andrew, and another shooter from her team. The entire HCP team was so fun to work with you and will put you right at ease. I've gotten to do 3 shoots with Heather to date and am incredibly pleased with how our photos have come out. In fact, I haven't even gotten the final album for our wedding yet (just previews) and i'm STILL impressed! If you have the opportunity to work with this team, take it. I couldn't recommend them enough.

She was organized, calm, and seamlessly blended into the background while still guiding us through various moments. The quality of her work is truly outstanding; every photo is beautifully composed and tells a story. She has an incredible eye for detail, capturing not just the big moments but also the little, candid interactions that made our day unique. Hi! My name is Mae, and I live in Brooklyn with my girlfriend, our two dogs Apollo and Bia, her cat Gigi and my lizard, Basil! I’ve always been passionate about capturing moments as authentically and magically as possible, and as i’ve settled more into this career path, I love that i’ve landed in a place where I have the privilege to capture and preserve people’s love stories. Weddings and elopements are so distinctly and uniquely human, and it’s truly the biggest honor to be trusted to document them.

Mae Krell Photo was the perfect choice for our wedding photography. From the very first interaction, they were communicative, professional, and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. As a queer couple where one of us is plus-size, we were nervous about being in front of the camera, but Mae put us right at ease. The photos they captured are absolutely beautiful - they have such an artistic eye and really highlighted the love and joy of our special day. We had never had professional photos taken before, but Mae made the entire experience comfortable and affordable. We would highly recommend Mae Krell Photo to any couple looking for gorgeous, personalized wedding photography.

Hi, I’m Heather! (that's me on the left) I'm a wedding photographer with a deep passion for capturing the genuine moments and raw emotions that make each wedding day so special. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling through photography, and over the years, I’ve developed a style that combines artistry with authenticity. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and I am so happy that you are considering including us to be a part of it. I commit to a limited number of Weddings per year to ensure that your day remains a priority. Photography is all about connection and your photographer will be one of the biggest and longest-lasting connections you’ll share with any of your wedding vendors. I strive to create beautiful portraits, but also a lasting relationship with my couples. When you book with us, you are not just a client, you become part of the JYP family! I am honored to have the opportunity to laugh…to cry…to share your love story.

Awarded Best of Zola
Where do I even start? Jessica is probably hands down the easiest person we worked with on our wedding. We unintentionally scheduled our wedding on Mother's day and this was obviously an important day for her, but she worked with us anyway. She worked through our foolishness (my husband and I are incapable of being serious in most situations), and often would join in on the fun. She also provided a schedule of events which was incredibly helpful for me as I had no idea what I was doing. Jessica is an amazing photographer, but that is not really the best quality here. She is an amazing person all around and I highly recommend her!

  • Serves Raymondville, MO

Hey there! My name is Angelina and I started practicing photography in August 2020, but I've had an interest in it since I was 13 years old (I really wanted to shoot for National Geographic). Now I've expanded into portraits, engagement sessions, and I've done small weddings. I'm a Chicago native but I've also lived in Iowa, Arizona, Nebraska, Texas, & now Mississippi!! What can I say, I enjoyed a somewhat nomadic lifestyle. I also just got married on August 31st, so I know how it feels to be both a service provider and a customer! My style of photography is more candid with a documentary style approach, but I do love a good editorial moment!

Awarded Best of Zola
Angelina is such a great photographer, fun, and down-to-earth. I had the pleasure of having her do my daughter Quinceanera's pre-photo shoot, and although we had an inconvenience with our original plan & had to switch locations last minute she went with the flow and made it work. The pictures turned out amazing and I can not wait for our second session. I would recommend Angelina to anyone & will be using her in the future.

Hey there! My name is Evan and I am a wedding photographer with over 10 years experience in the industry! I describe my style as photojournalistic, candid, cinematic with true to life dramatic tones. I aim to be the laid back calming presence that you want in a vendor, while also being someone who takes the reigns as a trusted professional that keeps you organized and on time. I have a vast level of experience in many shooting situations (tons of venues, inclement weather, tricky lighting, and other surprises - you name it!) I treasure the relationships I get to foster with my clients. Documenting for you is my honor - lets connect!

We had an unforgettable experience with Evan. I don’t have many pictures with my mom, but she made this long-awaited moment perfect. She truly captured my mom’s natural beauty, her radiant smile, silver hair, and joyful laugh. The session was comfortable and fun, even for my husband, who isn’t usually into photos. She was able to capture him laughing and smiling. Made all the poses look natural. When we saw the photos, we were moved to tears. They reflected who we truly are as a family. I couldn't have asked for a better way to capture these memories. Thank you for giving us something we will cherish forever.

I'm Jarrod. I'm a wedding photographer based in the US. Originally from Florida and now traveling full-time in a Sprinter van shooting love stories. I like to describe my approach to wedding photography as documentary with an editorial flare. About 80% of the day I am capturing your day as it naturally unfolds in a beautiful way. The other 20% I love to prompt you or direct you to create romantic images that have intention and FEELING. Sometimes portraits will feel romantic and editorial and other times they will feel playful and fun. It fully depends on your personal relationship. I love to tell your story as authentically as I can.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jarrod and his wife, Taylor, are truly a dream to work with! My husband and I really wanted some simple engagement photos taken, but were reluctant because we’re not totally comfortable in front of the camera and didn’t want the poses/photos to look cheesy. Taylor gave us plenty of suggestions to pose us naturally and kept us laughing which put us at ease immediately. Jarrod was such a professional and really worked every angle and background to make it look like we spent an entire day shooting. The editing was super crisp and clean and the photos came back incredibly quickly. They far exceeded our expectations and we can’t thank them enough for giving us beautiful, lasting memories from such an important time in our lives. This couple is seriously amazing - genuine, fun, and experts at what they do!! Book them!

Our engagement photos and the sneak peaks she’s already sent (within a couple days) of our wedding are beautiful. Just as important (to us) though, we also just felt like during the wedding we had a friend there with her.
