Nelena and Dom were always so responsive to my many questions and concerns I had. I could expect a response from either of them within 24 hours and usually much quicker than that. The first time my now-husband and I saw the photos, we melted! We had a date night and snuggled up on the couch, and loaded the photos onto our big screen.
