The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Jim and Christy Hutchison built their barn 20 years ago with the help of family and friends. Initially meant for their kids' 4H animals, the barn hosted their children's weddings in 2013 and 2015. Enjoying the love and gatherings the barn brought, they decided to share it with others, becoming a county-approved venue in 2015. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, tall cedars, weeping willows, and prairie fields, The Mason Jar offers a 3-day relaxed environment for weddings. The Hutchisons provide ample time for decorating, rehearsing, and celebrating without rushing, keeping pricing affordable with available decor to help reduce costs. Family-run and oriented, they believe in community support and annually donate a wedding to a deserving couple, embodying the heart and soul of The Mason Jar.

We were married in this spot and it was truly magical! There is an open-air field just beyond the tree that is available as a reception space. We offer a bridal dressing room within a 10'x10' decorated "glamping" tent. We also have the add-on option of a 15'x20' event tent available (please see pictures in the gallery). If you're interested, we also have goats, pigs, chickens, and old farm implements available for photo opportunities. We also now provide string lights and electricity (suitable for a food truck) in the reception field!

The vaulted ceiling spreads overhead reaching nearly 40′ to the inside of the cupolas. Today, it is owned by Emily and Steven Puvogel, who operate the venue as a passion project where we enjoy helping people host all manner of events, including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, concerts, baby showers, fundraisers, trainings, and meetings.
