Hi there! My name is Rev. Cynthia Andrews-Looper. I have been in ordained ministry since 1993. I have officiated over 550 weddings. I am also a Certified Wedding Planner. My strong point is tailoring the service to fit the needs of the couple. I do religious, non-religious and non-denominations ceremonies. My passion is creating a ceremony or planning a wedding that truly represents the shared love of two unique people. I offer services for premarital counseling, wedding planning, direction for rehearsal, officiating the ceremony and coordinator for the day.
