Additionally, working with the Tuck-ins team was great; they're very responsive and were even able to customize the labels on the Tuck-ins to have our names and wedding date on them. It was truly a unique part of our wedding and I think everyone enjoyed it. I have never worked with such thoughtful and kind caterers, they really thought of everything and made the night such a wonderful and stress free experience for us. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything, from the Beef Suya (my personal favorite) to the Cole Slaw, to the Jollof and Meat Pies, and the Puff Puff. A lot of brides don’t eat much on their wedding day, but I cleaned my whole plate and even took some home with me. Chef Burak went above and beyond, customizing a fusion menu that artfully incorporated both my husband's African American heritage and my Vietnamese background. He also thoughtfully created special meals for our young guests and vegan friends. The food was simply sublime - 5-star dining with exquisite, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Stephanie and Chef Burak made sure we were well-fed and cared for throughout the celebrations - from cocktail hour bites delivered to our bridal suite, to perfectly plated dinner courses for the bride & groom (we hosted a buffet style) to keeping our drinks refreshed. They also offered cake cutting services and toile care of cleaning up after dinner. We had plenty of left overs that was delicious the day after.
