We hired them for our wedding the last weekend of September 2019 in Montauk, and they absolutely put the night over the top! First and foremost, they are a great band; not your typical “wedding band”. They aren’t cookie cutter (i.e. you won’t hear them playing the same songs that you hear at every wedding) and they certainly aren’t stiff. They vibe off each other and the room. They are legitimately having a fun time performing with each other and that permeates throughout the room. Everyone will be up dancing, singing, drinking, and sweating their butts off, and having a blast! What to expect: -Professionalism. Brooks responds promptly and covers all bases. No detail will be overlooked during the planning stages. Day of, they get to the venue well ahead of time to sound check and make sure everything is sounding perfect. During the event, they are great at providing direction and making sure everything runs smoothly. -Personalization and flexibility. The guys truly care about making the event as special as possible and are very open to any idea to bring the event over the top. In addition to our “special request” songs (which they nailed) the band was incredibly gracious at my request to join them onstage to “surprise” my wife and guests by playing a song along with them. It could not have gone over any better…my wife was thrilled and it absolutely brought the house down! -Party! They know what will get everyone up and moving. Their catalogue of songs is well over 200 and it includes all decades and genres. Multiple guests commented that they didn’t want to leave the dance floor to get dessert or go to the bathroom because every song was such an amazing jam. The Barnstorm is absolutely worth every penny. We knew they were the right band for our wedding the first moment we heard them at Hill Country, and we feel so lucky and grateful to the guys for playing our wedding. He went above and beyond in providing me the service I had anticipated. His band Wild Faith played for my wedding reception just last weekend and they sounded great. When I first started talking with Leo about his availability he was prompt in his communication and also offered to learn new song material beyond his already extensive set list. This was what really made Leo an exceptional value to us. His offer of learning special songs for us, attention to detail, timeliness in communication as well as showing up on time at our cold and rainy outdoor ceremony site were what he delivered. His band sounded great and he also nailed everyone of our requested songs. In my opinion Leo and his band were ultimately a great fit for us. His value in comparison to other bands I spoke with was unsurpassed. It's a shame that far to often when the term wedding comes up in the hiring process, bands and other vendors seem to charge more for no other reason than the simple fact that they chose to do so. Leo did not over charge for his services and his performance was simply amazing. My guests didn't stop raving about how awesome the band was. He made our wedding special with his professionalism, kindness and the unique sound of his band. He was engaging with the crowd and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Wild Faith again for any future needs. I highly recommend talking to Leo about any live music performances you need to book. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. \n\nThey dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. \n\nIn addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price.
