I started baking in my early teens for fun. Home-style baking at first, then training in my cousin's bakeries in Solvang, California. While attending culinary school, she started her career at The St. Regis Hotel & Resort. It was there that she learned how to make all sorts of sweet indulgences, including chocolate sculptures, tarts, petit fours, and most importantly cakes!!!
