“Shawn did an awesome job! He did the music for our wedding ceremony, the music for the reception, provided uplighting, and the photobooth. My now husband and I enjoyed working with Shawn. He is funny, easy going, and patient. His questionnaire is very detailed and is very helpful for pulling the music together for the day. He also was very focused on making sure my now husband and I heard what we wanted to hear for the music. During the ceremony, Shawn timed the music perfectly. We saw later watching videos that he even cut the microphone out for my brother, the officiant of the wedding, when my brother almost started talking over parents walking down the aisle. Thanks for that, Shawn! Later in the night, we had other challenges with our timeline due to longer than expected speeches, too many tables to say hi to, and my own indecisiveness. Shawn handled all these obstacles very smoothly, kept an eye on the crowd and helped us stay in tune with when we needed to get the dance floor going. He played the songs we requested and helped us out with choosing songs for younger people. Since the wedding went by so quickly, I think the thing I am most grateful for is all the photos and videos he took of the night. The day was a bit of a blur and Shawn let us relive the night by sending us tons of photos and videos of everyone dancing. Thank you for that, Shawn!”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“The first time I met Tony I knew he was going to be our DJ. He was so easy to talk to, and aside from that out of all the DJs we met with he was the only one that asked us what we wanted and what kind of music we had in mind. Hiring Tony was by far THE BEST decision we have ever made. Our dance floor was packed all night, and even the event staff were dancing throughout the night because he was that good. Everyone I talk to raves about how much fun they had and how awesome he was. Not only will he make sure the music is great and your dance floor is on fire, but he actually cares about what you and your significant other want. The week before our wedding so many vendors were reaching out to us about all the things that needed to be finalized; but when we met with Tony that Tuesday before our wedding he was such a breath of fresh air. After that meeting my finance and I were like okay we are ready, and we know we are going to have fun. Not only is Tony himself an amazing DJ and person but so are the other members of his team. “We booked Collins Entertainment for our October wedding at the Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, CT. We had an unbelievably amazing experience with this company from the top to the bottom. Our DJ, Jared, was exceptional with music selection, a master emcee, was accommodating and seemed to be everywhere at once. My guests left saying he was the best DJ they've ever seen at a wedding for how many hits he put out. He was able to read the crowd really well, and knew how to get everyone on the dance floor. Jared had battery-powered setups for both the ceremony and reception, so we didn't have to worry about outlets in a remote area outdoors, which was very nice. Our planning sessions with Jim, Mitch, and Jared were comprehensive and they gave us all the tools we needed to succeed. The package price was very reasonable too, and was a leading factor for why we chose them as well. We used their mirror photo booth as well, which was very fun. The mirror booth even came with a long red carpet! The operator, Randall, was very accommodating and helpful with guests, making it fun and easy for everyone. We highly recommend Collins Entertainment!”
