We had a duo playing for our ceremony and during the cocktail hour and then we had a small 3 person band playing for our reception. And it was the perfect amount of people. We had spoken to some other bands and they all kept saying we need some big band for the reception, but since we were having less than 100 people at the wedding, we didn’t think it made sense to have like a 10 person band, it just seemed like it would overwhelm the whole wedding. And we knew we wanted a band component since my father plays guitar and I had a feeling would want to play a song at some point. Then we spoke with Scott, he seemed to understand our vision of having a small band. He loved the idea of my father playing a song, and made suggestions on when was the perfect time for him to play, and even laughed along with our idea of playing “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire, over and over again, since we were getting married on “the 21st night of September” (we did not do this)! The day of the band was amazing! They even took the time to learn our first dance song, which was a fairly unknown track, and played it beautifully, and surprised us with playing it. Since we thought it was just going to be a recorded version of the song. That was very special to us! And they were more than happy to let my dad play his song to us. Overall, the band's performance was lively and engaging, and they kept our guests dancing all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better band to help make our wedding celebration so memorable, and couldn’t have done it with Scott!”

Planning a wedding out of state (and in a different time zone) was quite a challenge and when starting the initial search for DJ's, Luis was the only one out of everybody we reached out to that didn't require us to get on a phone call to go over pricing, so that was an automatic green flag off the bat. From the moment we booked Luis, communication was present. I feel like a lot of people I've talked with book their DJ, have one meeting, and see them at the wedding, but that was not our experience with Luis. “Soundz Amazing was so great for us to work with at our wedding reception! We got married in 2021 but due to covid we did not have any of our friends and family with us to celebrate. When we were able to have our reception in 2022 we worked with Mike and he was so responsive. Our reception was very non-traditional as we did not do any type of ceremony, first dances, wedding party, or formalities that are typically associated with weddings. Mike was so flexible and worked with us to create the exact atmosphere that we hoped for. In the weeks leading up to the ceremony Mike met with us multiple times and asked us questions that we hadn't even thought to consider. He was so helpful throughout every step and definitely decreased the amount of stress we were feeling. We had guests request songs through the RSVP feature on Zola and then sent them over before the ceremony, and Mike made sure to play all of them, and used our own personal requests to set the tone for the night. We were nervous about having a DJ that wouldn't take our preferences into consideration but that was not the case at all, I absolutely recommend Soundz Amazing DJ Services for your events!”

“Amazing, helpful and flexible! I had spoken to Matt, the owner, who was so understanding about the stress we had dealt with in rescheduling our 2020 May wedding. He was so sympathetic and wanted to help make our September 2020 micro-wedding special and memorable for us! He was understanding, compassionate and sympathetic about our situation. Although Matt was unavailable to DJ our 9/20 wedding, we were told in advance that Dan was very good and would be stepping in. We spoke with Dan just about a week before our wedding and got 95% of the info he needed (because WE were being indecisive) oops. Then, the night before the wedding, he got the last few songs he needed from me via text! Unbelievable! He played all the songs we requested and timed our precessional and recessional songs perfectly!! If you get a DJ for your wedding- choose LB Entertainment!”
