Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. Working with Tawnya (and Spencer) at Recreation 18 was such a wonderful experience. After viewing the venue for the first time and meeting with Tawnya, we knew this was the venue we wanted to use to celebrate our special day. The venue is incredible and so beautiful and had every amenity we needed and wanted. With so many venues to choose from, we got married at The Sanctuary in Long Beach and when I say our wedding was stunning, I mean it. We will cherish the day forever. Wedgewood made the entire process so incredibly easy, it almost felt too good to be true. But it was true! All we had to do was make the final decisions and our team took care of the rest of it. We showed up, got married, had an amazing party with amazing food and drinks and had the time of our lives. Not only did we love our wedding, our guests loved it as well. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our decor was and how smoothly everything went. As a bride, I was so nervous about our timeline going the way it was supposed to, but our wedding coordinator, Fumi made sure everything was on track. Fumi made our day so much better and my bridal party loved her. She made me believe that the most important thing was that I married my husband. I highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings. We had the honor of working with Marla for our wedding in July 2024 and we cannot say enough AMAZING things about working with her to make our wedding dreams come true. Hotel Maya was the first venue to respond to our inquiry when we first reached out to venues. When we had our initial site visit, Marla was so thorough with her questions to ensure that the spaces we looked at fit our budget or vision. She advised that the hotel is pet friendly, which we loved since we wanted a venue where our dog could be part of the wedding ceremony. We fell in love with the spaces (Jardin de Palmeras and Miramar Ballroom) and loved that they beautifully showcased Long Beach. To that, Hotel Maya offers wedding packages that include ceremony & reception spaces, wedding cake, day-of coordinator, day-of get ready room, hotel room the night of the wedding, catering, cake cutting knife & server, tables, chairs, utensils, tablecloths, and so much more! We didn’t have to look any further and booked Hotel Maya right away! During the wedding planning process, Marla continued to be the absolute best to work with. I came with a ton of questions, and she always responded quickly and never made we feel like I was a bother. If there was something outside of catering that we need assistance with, she would gladly point us in the right direction or generously help us herself. She gained our trust very quickly through her above & beyond customer service, kindness, and sweet personality. Marla’s work is truly magic. On our wedding weekend, Marla made herself available for any last-minute preparations we needed her help with. On the wedding day, she was there when we needed her, and she was working behind the scenes to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. She made sure to touch base with us once in a while to make sure we were doing all right and just be excited with us. At this point, she’s been such an integral part of our big day, we were definitely sharing our joy with her. Also, we are happy to say that our dog was included in our big day. It’s so sweet to know that he was there with us as well. The hospitality staff at Hotel Maya were kind an attentive, starting with my bridal party in the get ready room and all the way through dinner service by checking if my husband and I needed anything. We also heard a consistent compliment about our bartender from our guests: he was quick! They said even when the line was long, he whipped up drinks in a flurry. Even my father was really impressed! We are so glad our guests were taken care of by all the hotel staff. Thank you, Marla and the Hotel Maya staff, for everything. We are beyond grateful. You’ve made wedding planning less stressful and made our wedding dreams truly come true. Hotel Maya will ALWAYS have a special place in our hearts. Whenever we go eat at Fuego, the hotel restaurant, we will be sure to visit our ceremony space to lovingly reminisce and pay a visit to Marla. I recently visited White House Event Center and had an amazing experience as a vendor. The staff were friendly and attentive. Setting up equipment for sound and lighting is easily accessible and have enough room for special effect equipment like Lasers shows and low laying cloud effects. We booked Paracel for our wedding tea ceremony & reception venue, and Matthew for our MC & DJ. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience with the venue & Matthew. When set up, Paracel was such an beautiful venue to have our wedding reception. We would say the space was just right for about 200 guests with plenty of room for our other vendors to setup, including an outdoor patio. However, it would be good to know that the projector screen is right behind the stage which did prevent us having a slideshow as our sweetheart table arch backdrop did obstruct it. We opted for the Platinum Plate Menu & even had an opportunity to try the food before booking. According to our guests, they enjoyed the presentation of Lobster Fruit Salad. Other highlights included the House Special Lobster Garlic Noodles & Peking Duck with Steamed Bun. They thought the food was delicious & plentiful. The bar being indoors & close to the tables made it very convenient for many of our guests to easily grab a drink. Matthew was accommodating & was easy to communicate with throughout the planning. He also gave us suggestions and recommendations based on his experience. Matthew as a DJ & MC was also phenomenal. He exceeded our expectations with keeping our guests engaged & entertained. Despite his limited Vietnamese, his father was also there that night to assist with translating for our Vietnamese guests. Matthew really knew how to read the room & hype people up. As the night was coming to a close & the dance floor opened up, he seemed to know what music to play to keep the crowd going & even concluded the night with a special moment for us. Paracel has such an amazing package for a wedding reception. You would be hard pressed to find an experience as good as Paracel in the area. We highly recommend Paracel for your wedding or next event!

Every single staff member, from the bartenders to the servers, security, front desk, and valet, was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. We opted for passed hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner, and late-night bites, and everything was delicious. The service was prompt, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The bar package offered great options, and the bartenders were quick and made delicious drinks. One of the highlights of our experience was working with Shannon, the banquet manager. She made the entire wedding planning process easy and smooth, taking a lot of stress off our plates. Her expertise and enjoyable personality were invaluable, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. The accommodations at The Westin were also incredibly comfortable. The Anaheim Hotel was an amazing venue for our wedding weekend! We held our entire wedding weekend (Welcome Dinner, Ceremony and Reception) at the Anaheim Hotel and are so glad we chose to work with them. The poolside Cabana added a touch of elegance and allowed our guests to mingle in a relaxed atmosphere. Our guests enjoyed watching the Disneyland fireworks poolside as the night wound down. The Veranda Lawn is a beautiful space for a ceremony and the ballroom is a fun space for a reception - spacious enough for our large guest list, yet intimate enough for heartfelt moments. Jamie from the hotel was great to work with planning our weekend. She is detailed, accommodating and has an upbeat attitude. She listened to our preferences and made our dreams come true. A short example of her attention to detail and care: our wedding day was hotter than forecasted and on the day of, she asked if we would want to set up umbrellas for our guests to keep them comfortable. She had them set up on short notice, making sure they were placed them exactly as we had asked. That attentive and professional attitude extended to the staff, they anticipating our needs before we even asked. The hotel's ability to host both the ceremony and reception made planning so much easier. The food was quite good, nearly every guest completely finished their plate. The bar team is stellar, everybody enjoyed their drinks. If you are looking for a beautiful space that will seamlessly host your wedding, look no further. Bonus: Having guest rooms on-site made the entire weekend convenient for our out-of-town family and friends.
