“Gola Osteria was a great choice for catering! Kim was so easy to communicate with and ready to help. She was able to accommodate our request for a tasting while we were in town touring the venue, since we are from out of state. The food ended up being absolutely incredible — everything was so good. For me personally, one of the menu highlights was the butternut squash steak that we had chosen for our vegan guests, but it was so good that everyone wanted some too. Additionally, all of the catering staff working that night were so sweet, offering to help us carry our plates, which was a big help since I was wearing a heavy dress.”

While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile.
