Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. We started this business many years ago with not much more than guts and the desire to build our own destiny. We worked long, hard hours, had second jobs and spent many a sleepless night. I sold the parties, and then we’d go in a rented kitchen and make it happen. Luckily those days are far behind us as we have been very blessed, but some things have never changed. Great outdoor space in a magical wooded glen of trees and lights - adjacent is a 40X60 covered wedding pavilion with a fire pit - all set in a secluded, wooded area with large open fields, as well. Couples may have their ceremony in a wide open field surrounded with trees - totally private - or in the Glen, a magical forest of trees with a stone path.

Spring Lakes Events, a wedding venue located in Rockmart, Georgia, provides couples with a simply romantic setting, which is perfect for hosting vintage-inspired ceremonies and receptions. In addition to being near Atlanta, you and your guests will also be situated near other cities such as Rome, Powder Springs, and Cartersville while at this venue. On the property’s 70 acres, you will find both indoor and uncovered outdoor settings where you can say your vows surrounded by nature and your loved ones.

We make everything easy and simple from setting up your decorations to packing them up when you depart so you can focus on what matters on your wedding day - each other.
