We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

We have 2 locations in the Houston, Texas area - Clear Lake and Southwest Houston (Stafford) and one location in San Antonio. Each location has several private room options to choose from! We're a Brazilian Churrascaria Steakhouse that serves traditional rodizio style - we bring the meats to you on rotation after you visit the salad bar, sides are served tableside, and we have a great dessert menu or can bring in a custom cake! We also cater, if that works instead.

Your event just got more sophisticated. When you book with Brandt 1910 you are adding historical style and class to your wedding, party, or private event. Built in 1910 by F.D. Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.

Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. We designed our venue as an all-inclusive host to your wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. We guide you through every aspect of planning then execute your plan on the day of. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.
