Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.

Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations.
