I love capturing adventurous people in the Black Hills. Home is western South Dakota on a fourth generation ranch, between the Badlands and the Black Hills. I graduated from Lake Area Tech in 2015 with a degree in Photography and Business. When I’m not roaming the Hills with clients in the summer, you can find me at The Stables at Palmer Gulch, where I photograph and sell photos to tourists riding the trails horseback.

I developed a love for taking pictures, mainly portraits, in my early teens. In high school I took my first photography class. I continue to specialize in portraits but I do enjoy dabbling in landscape images when time allows. I attended Northwest Community College in Powell, WY and graduated with an AAS in Photographic Communications. Just a little backstory on how I got into this business. When I was a child, I loved taking pictures of everything. And I mean everything! (I get that from my mom.) Now my dad didn't share this same joy as me because back then it was all film and every snapshot I took...he knew he had to pay to develop. We love to look back on that time of my life now and see where it got me. Its a funny story to reflect on, but so rewarding to see a joy turn into a passion and that passion turn into a career!
