From the moment we first contacted them, their communication was prompt and informative, addressing all of our questions and concerns. The venue itself is large, upscale, and clean, with an ideal location that made it easy for our guests to attend. On the day of our wedding, the staff was incredibly organized and willing to assist us with any requests, helping to ensure we were not stressed. Unfortunately, one of our guests had a minor fall during the event, but the venue staff responded quickly, providing their insurance information and working to help get the guest the medical care they needed.
