The Anchorage was amazing! My wife and I got married here last June, and to say everything was perfect would be an understatement. It's hard to put into words explaining how great Woody and Michelle were helping us make our special day go exactly as planned. The property is beautiful, spacious, and well kept. The waterfront view was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony (Woody even went out of his way to make an aisle of sand for us to walk down). The cigar shack was awesome and the barn was also set up for me and my groomsmen to get ready and hang out until the big moment (they especially enjoyed the darts, ring and hook, and bar with a kegerator). My family and I were very happy with the rooms which were spotless, comfortable, and included refrigerators/kitchenettes. My wife was very happy with her space to get ready, especially with Michelle doing everything she could ensuring the girls had what they needed and making sure everyone was stress free! Woody and Michelle were more than accommodating. Breakfast was always delicious (the smoothies and Woodys Waffles were my favorites). They were also life savers dealing with our vendors dropping stuff off (at times earlier than expected), even using their golf cart to help move stuff down to the beach to help set up. The golf cart also came in handy taxing people up and down the hill when needed! I HIGHLY recommend this venue! Woody and Michelle are two of the most kind, accommodating (and hilarious) people I've ever met, and I can't begin to thank them enough for everything they did to make sure our special day went off without a hitch. We fully intend on coming back to enjoy their beautiful BnB again!

From our first meeting with Rachel at King Cole Farm, we knew we were in good hands. Rachel was outstanding throughout the entire process - from our initial visit to the day of the event and even in the days after. She always had a warm smile on her face and took care of anything that came up, no matter how big or small. Rachel put us at ease and made the entire weekend a fabulous experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful scenery where the ceremony took place, the lovely cocktail hour space, and the grand barn doors that the wedding party walked through - it was all an amazing experience. There was plenty of room for the caterer, bar, desserts, late night snacks, and of course, dancing! On the day of the event, we had the pleasure of working with the intern as well. She was so kind, giving rides to the ceremony and back to the cocktail hour and house for our elderly guests. She also helped us with the cleanup at the end of the night. The entire King Cole Farm staff is truly top-notch. I am still getting phone calls, text messages and social media posts that it was the best wedding they have ever attended! I would highly recommend King Cole Farm to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run wedding venue. We had such a wonderful experience, and I hope to use them again in the future!

We attended one of their Saturday open houses for our initial tour and were immediately impressed - not just by the stunning waterfront venue and all the flexible, thoughtfully designed event spaces, but also by how knowledgeable, professional, and confident the entire team was. We left that tour knowing we’d be in the best hands and we were absolutely right. Every step of the planning process was seamless - from the delicious food and drink tasting, to room blocks at their on-site inn, to spa services, to vendor coordination and final timeline planning. Everything was organized, stress-free, and incredibly well executed. Samantha, our coordinator, was truly a rockstar. She answered every one of my many (many!) questions with patience and clarity, and always helped ease any nerves I had in the weeks leading up to our wedding day. Her responsiveness and calm presence made all the difference. The wedding day went absolutely flawlessly. Everything ran like clockwork. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—every vendor knew where to go and when to be there, and all the details we’d planned came together perfectly. Hemlock Farm is an incredible place, and the owner, Jennifer, is absolutely amazing to work with. Our experience with Hemlock Farm was everything we wanted for our wedding weekend - including that we could stay there if we wanted to both Friday and Saturday nights. She had suggestions for other wonderful vendors to work with, to simply being a beautiful location. The Bridal Suite in the air-conditioned Barn was such a highlight to have our hair and make up done Saturday am. A plus was being so close to all major shopping areas for any last minute items needed. So glad we found Hemlock Farm!

The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding We cannot recommend Guilford Hall enough as a wedding venue. From the moment we first toured the space, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. The combination of the industrial aesthetic with Art Deco details set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. We held our ceremony in the Beer Garden, hosted cocktail hour in the Beer Garden using the Cocktail Room and Cigar Lounge, and had our reception upstairs in the Crown Room. The flow of the event worked perfectly, and the pictures we captured in those spaces are absolutely incredible. The venue fit our style in every way. We chose a buffet for dinner, and it was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the food—especially the crab cakes, chicken, and steak. Our signature drinks were made just how we wanted them, and the bar service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Chef Mauricio and the entire kitchen staff for going above and beyond to help us curate the perfect menu and flawlessly serving 115 guests. The food was incredible and never stopped coming—our guests couldn’t stop raving. We also want to give special recognition to Dani, the Events Planner at Guilford Hall. Dani made us feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish. She went out of her way multiple times to make sure everything went smoothly and that we felt at ease throughout the process. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and without her, we would have been all over the place. She is absolutely incredible—if you have the chance to work with her, take it. She went above and beyond every step of the way to make our day perfect. Working with the entire Guilford Hall team was an absolute breeze. The MCHC team was so incredible to deal with. They were there from beginning of the day through the end! Our guests loved the space and thought it was incredibly unique. Parking was easy and all of our other vendors had a simple and fast load in process, which made our day less stressful. Plus, the neighborhood has a ton of dining, hotels and things to do. So our guests who traveled were able to take some time to explore Baltimore. Pricing was great to fit our budget! Our photographers had a blast shooting around the museum as well. Couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out!

The courtyard was so beautiful that my mind instantly melted into our ceremony and its magical setting. Our guests were so impressed and stunned at the gothic aesthetics of the ballroom as well. District Winery truly knocked it out of the park for our wedding. We fell in love with the space as soon as we toured it and knew it was our venue. The team working there, especially our assigned planner Morgan, did a fabulous job making sure every detail was taken care of and that our vision for the day would play out. Get married here!! CJM was the perfect venue for my wedding. It was customizable and flexible. We did our ketubah signing, ceremony and reception on different floors giving our wedding a fun flow for our guests to see the museum. The event spaces were a great canvas for us to customize our wedding decor. I even had a private bridal space to get ready in. The museum itself is unique and modern, with the historic charm of the old synagogue. It really was the perfect day, I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Our space is unique, rustic, and versatile, including a bar area, upstairs, and outdoor patio. Our focused cuisine means that it is perfected and tasty. Weddings come with a full buffet that includes all our meats, sides, cornbread and slider buns, and our vegan jackfruit. We refill the buffet as needed, and pack up any leftovers. Plus, open bar! We rented half the upstairs area in Blue Pit for our rehearsal dinner and I have a feeling it won't be the last time we reach out to Blue Pit for an event or catering. Cara, the owner, is wonderful and very accommodating. The space is cute and quirky and doesn't need much decoration for events. The food is DELICIOUS every single time we visit and this was no exception. Our bartender and main point of contact for the night was Brad, who was amazing every step of the way.
