Photography started off as a hobby for me, entering in photos at the county fair, to taking pictures of family and friends and now to an established business. Here are a few fun facts about me! I grew up on my family's farm outside of Winfield, IA and had THE BEST childhood growing up in a loving family with my two younger sisters. My husband, Kolton, and I started dating back in 2010 when he was a senior and I was a junior. After high school I attended Western Illinois University where I earned my Bachelors in Graphic Design with a minor in Photographic Media. While in college I was blessed to have a photographer back home take me under her wing and be her second shooter for weddings (Shoutout to Billi Gerling, Photographic Memories!).

I have been taking pictures since I was a kid, and it has always been my favorite thing to do. I got my first camera in 6th grade and its been my passion ever since. Going back to high school, I took advantage of every aspect of photography possible. I was yearbook photo editor and took every single art class I could, including graphic design.
