Chef Philip Carter has been in the catering and restaurant industry for 25+ years, working in many different areas. His work includes owning his own restaurant in Fountain Valley, CA, running a catering business, working as the head chef in restaurant kitchens, as well as working as the executive chef at the Aliso Viejo Country Club.
