And on top of all that, their photos are absolutely beautiful, ranging from dramatic to quirky to intimate and everything in between. They rise above the "sameness" that you might notice from browsing dozens of other photographers by choosing unique, visionary ways to capture their couples. In my experience from browsing their shots of our shared events, my eyes tend to float around their photos, noticing different interesting elements of light and dark, foreground, background, and the subject itself. Of course, they'll nail all the standard poses as well, and beautifully at that, but you'll also be left with some stunning once in a lifetime shots that you'll treasure for ever. On top of all this, we know of a number number of folks who have worked with Redwood and Rye's team on a professional basis who have gone on to stay close friends on a personal basis. We are Joe and Katye Brier, and picture-making is a daily passion and pursuit in our family. For our small wedding, we only needed one photographer, and Joe was everything we were looking for. We didn't need a bunch of portraits of the wedding party and family, and only had a rough idea of a post-ceremony photo-op.
