Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Whether you are looking for a memorable barn wedding venue for your special day, a unique event space for your corporate meeting, or a beautiful place to celebrate one of life's special moments, the Texas Rock House is the place to be! I have always enjoyed European gardens, they are magical! My inspiration was the Gardens of Versailles located in France. I wanted to create the Fairy-tail venue for our brides to walk through, with elegant formal pruned shrubs, enchanting Juliette balcony to over look the 3 acres of gardens with 250 rose bushes. Old world architecture to give it that Cinderella vibe. The ballroom is all white with 3 crystal chandeliers, a white marble floor, with walls enhanced with the Bridgerton details to give it that simple elegance. The Mansion is where the bridal party gets ready with lots of space, large bridal & Grooms suite, large kitchen, 3 bathrooms/showers, and a beautiful spiral staircase. We also have Guest accommodations available, created in a small private French Village with 6 individual chateaus decorated in the French style of elegance. The Village has a large town square fountain, swimming pool with lounging furniture, BBQ & corn hull game and butterfly garden.

Full of whimsical decor and antique furniture, you can contract us to serve traditional afternoon English-style tea service or bring your own caterer. We're best suited for bridal showers and other events rather than full wedding ceremonies.

We have a wedding venue located on our 100-acre property in a 150 year old pecan grove overlooking the San Marcos River. You'll have the option to reserve our seven luxury safari tents and cabin for your wedding weekend, allowing you to provide lodging to your guests. You may also reserve additional pop-up tents if you would like to accommodate additional guests.

Rockin' R at Riverbank is a great location for a casual event with live music, drinks, food, and river access! The property has two bars, one cliffside and one river-side, and space for yard games and setting up along a stretch of the Guadalupe River.

Spring Lake is a picturesque site situated at the headwaters of the San Marcos River, and there are several options for your special day. We have spaces available at the Headwaters Green, the Meadow, or on our Rooftop overlooking Spring Lake's crystal waters. As a special treat to your guests, you can even reserve our historic Glass Bottom Boats! Spring Lake is an OUTDOOR venue with no cover. Clients are welcome to rent tents to accommodate their guests. There is one small conference room available, but seating and availability is very limited. Please keep this in mind when planning your date and time. Spring Lake can be the perfect site for weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, photo shoots, and more. We like to think of it as a haven for creative spirits, merrymakers and lovers of all things whimsical. We are also an active honey farm and have a gated bee apiary with 9 hives. LaLa Park's 2-story, cedar lodge has 5 large bedrooms with 6 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and plenty of charm to spare. It sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with 2 king-sized beds and 4 queen-sized beds. There are also 2 dining areas and 2 living room spaces—one with a wood-burning stove and the other with a stone fireplace. Our sprawling 2-acre main lawn with a large music stage makes for the perfect outdoor event space. It's adorned with stained glass windows, colorful murals, unicorn statues, mermaids and many more garden treasures. You won't find another place like it in Texas.
