Mrs. Arlene is the sweetest and most welcoming vendor I ever spoke with. She ensured that all the details for how we wanted the day to go was discussed. She offered different vendors that we could work with. She worked with my tight budget for my small wedding and made our day more special that I could’ve dreamed of. She was consistent with checking in with me which was greatly appreciated since I was planning my own wedding and was super busy with work and everything else. She was there the day of the wedding helping out in all the ways she could, she even fixed me and my husband’s plates so we can sit down and relax. Her team of photographers are the absolute best and were so sweet. Over all the whole experience was amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. She honestly feels like family and on top of everything the venue is beautiful! It’s an 1800 century that they’ve renovated, but kept all of its charm. If you’re looking for a small venue for a baby shower, wedding, birthday party. This is perfect! I am definitely going back for future events.

The staff at Lake Lanier Islands went above and beyond in every way, but we especially want to give the highest praise to Fernando Saenz, our incredible Wedding & Social Events Sales Manager. Fernando was nothing short of a lifesaver. He worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect, responding to every email and call within minutes—no matter the time. He was so kind, supportive, and incredibly organized, handling coordination with every vendor and anticipating our needs with unmatched dedication. Our wedding simply would not have gone off without him, and his exceptional care is a huge reason our day was so flawless. The food was phenomenal—truly the best wedding cuisine we’ve ever tasted! The staff, particularly at Sidney’s Restaurant and throughout our reception, provided the warmest, most attentive service. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how well they were treated and the outstanding experience from the moment they arrived to the time they left. We also have to highlight the front desk staff, who went above and beyond in making our guests feel so welcomed. They happily passed out our goody bags and were incredibly accommodating with early and late checkouts, ensuring everyone had a smooth, enjoyable stay. The golf carts were a massive hit, making transportation around the islands so much fun and convenient. The staff even went out of their way to meet guests or assist with returning the carts. With guests staying across all three locations—the Lodge, the Villas, and the LakeHouses—everyone was blown away by the beautiful accommodations. And our honeymoon suite? It was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect escape after our unforgettable celebration. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Fernando, the front desk team, and the entire Lake Lanier Islands staff for making our wedding so extraordinary. The estate itself is beautiful, convenient, and spotlessly clean, providing the ideal backdrop for our special day. They were so helpful in accommodating even our last-minute requests, like when Stacey found some chapstick for me right before the ceremony. The bridal suite was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better ceremony and reception space. It really was an EPIC venue, and we can't rave enough about Love to Dream estate. We weren’t prepared for how COMPLETE our experience was going to be with Four Oaks Manor! I mean: decor, service ware, choice of colors and accents, customized ceremony backdrop, signage, seating, setup and takedown, and so much more. Their coordinator McKenzie Julian took on so much more responsibility for us- at NO extra charge- that she was practically our wedding planer from day one. The staff, the chef, and the grounds were all beyond our expectations. We wanted an outdoor venue with a forest-vineyard-farmhouse vibe and somehow we found Four Oaks to accommodate it all. There was PLENTY of room for our 80 person event, the ceremony seating and dinner arrangements were comfortable and well-placed. We had unlimited ice included and had staff handling refills of self-serve canned alcohol. There were NO surprise fees and TONS of surprise upgrades. Choosing Four Oaks was the best decision we made besides “I do!”
