It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. The amount of work that this venue puts in from the day you tour the venue to the end of your reception is incredible. This was the first and only venue my husband and I toured and we fell in love immediately. The space is gorgeous, the ambiance is both romantic and friendly, and the courtyard landscaping is a dream. The greenhouse is open and rustic and breathtaking. Evin, our coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had the best experience ever. The serving staff, the bartenders, the caterers, and the floral design staff all worked in harmony to create our perfect wedding. Communication through all facets - from billing, to coordinating, to catering - was simple and easy. My husband and I can't stop talking about how beautiful this place is, and the amount of compliments we received during our reception blew me away. It’s a bit on the pricey side - 8,400 for a Sunday (cheapest day), and around 6k for catering, plus staffing costs. We did passed appetizers and plated style, so other options in their packages might be cheaper. But you get what you pay for!!! I do not regret spending a single cent on this venue. Leading up to it and on the day of we felt confident that with her and the staff everything would run smoothly. With Brookshire being all-inclusive it was very easy to pick out the details we wanted regarding cake, centerpieces, linens, food/drink, dj and more because Brookshire had all of those vendors booked for us. We just got to tell each vendor our ideas and then they took care of the work making it come to life at Brookshire. We were glad we could also bring some personal touches into Brookshire and have the coordinators help us arrange those. All of our guests were impressed with the food quality, the outdoor and indoor space along with the smoothness of how the wedding day ran. We truly got to enjoy our day as Brookshire was very organized and made sure our day was just how we wanted it to be. First, Lauren is one of the best humans on this planet and I hope every bride has someone like her if they are planning on doing all of the planning themselves. I chose the package Lauren offers where I got to have her as the \"Day of Coordinator\" and she was on top of EVERYTHING. Any question, any idea, and every anxiety I had over this past year about this day, I would even go to her. She would help talk me through everything I needed and made sure any of my extra ideas that she could arrange for me prior to the day of, she did. I think there is a responsibility on every brides end, to have a good understanding at what a venue has to offer when choosing one. There is also a responsibility for a bride to ask questions and make sure everyone is on the same page to make the day perfect. You cannot assume anything. If you are looking for a place that has great staff, the prettiest view and everything in between- I would highly recommend Bell Manor. My wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined, and I truly felt like I made a great friend in the process. Thank you again Lauren and Bell Manor! With Little Tennessee and Nikki, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I just kept being surprised at how much was included in our package (the cheapest full wedding package). It really ended up being our dream wedding. Oh and the pictures!! I love them so much. It rained on our wedding day so we were unable to get several of the shots that I wanted, but Nikki and Sue Ann worked their magic and everything came out phenomenally. I truly cannot explain how happy we were with Little Tennessee.
