Our venue is located in the heart of Viettown in SW Houston. We are here to serve as an all inclusive event space. With a 2,000 sq ft open square room the possibilites are endless to decorate the space as you need for your next event.

Your event just got more sophisticated. When you book with Brandt 1910 you are adding historical style and class to your wedding, party, or private event. Built in 1910 by F.D. Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.

La Finca TX is a beautiful five acre property with the ability to host all types of events. We are family owned, operated and would love the opportunity to have your most treasured moments on our property. have indoor and outdoor options for hosting events. With have lots of options for hosting your wedding at our property including a venue with large windows facing the pond, the patio with a firepit, waterside under our large pecan trees or anywhere on the lawn areas. Our current indoor venue can hold up to 90 guests but with so much land, we can host larger events with an open air concept. Come tour our property to learn about our new upcoming building for 250 guests.
