A close friend helped me to secure an office admin job at an amazing floral design company in the Bay Area.

I learned the ins and outs of floral arranging as a young thing, through watching my talented mother in action. Something I wouldn’t use till much later in life, I honor her life through my craft. I feel the guidance as I work through this career and it has all fallen into place so naturally. Being able to give the gift of flowers for a wedding, and set off the decor for such a special event brings me embrace joy. Soil Sisters Farm is a diversified farm in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California, on Nisenan land, and a stone’s throw from the South Fork of the Yuba River.
