Our rustic, elegant venue was originally a horse farm that trained champions. In 2018, we converted our main barn into a venue. We wanted our venue to have a look all its own. We mixed old wood, rustic hardware, & treasures with new things to create the stand-alone one-of-a-kind look & vibe this venue has today. When you visit, you will see old wood mixed with twinkle lights, chandeliers, & antique stained glass from old church buildings. Putting these elements together has created a gorgeous warm & inviting space. Our venue also offers an attached covered pavilion(with drop-down windscreens for inclement weather) & twinkle lights above. This is an excellent place for most of our ceremonies. We love having the bride hidden behind the big wooden doors that slide open for her entrance! This fantastic space doubles as space for additional partying as the night goes on! Knotting Hill Place has the perfect indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. So many couples love the idea of a beautiful outdoor wedding but what happens if the Texas weather does not cooperate? At KHP we have a 10000 sq. ft. synthetic grass event lawn for the outdoor events and a 300 person dome ceiling cathedral if you would like to move indoors to say I do. Our venue was perfectly designed for weddings. It is all about flow and the guest being able to move from space to space easily and be served quickly so that they all may enjoy their special night. Our bride and grooms suites are the best in Texas. They are large and designed with bridal parties in mind. Complete with a TV screen that can watch the cameras of the rest of the venue, private lockers for the bridesmaids personal items, great lighting and salon style chairs and so on. Let's not forget both bridal and grooms suite have built in blue tooth!

Each area of the property has been meticulously thought out with our couples in mind. We thrive in making sure each couple + their families feel at home and at ease on their wedding day! We are located near a ton of hotels. We have a flexible floor plans with many set up options! We also have a large asphalt parking lot. The Venue offers a bridal suite complete with h/m stations, smart tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with smart tv +mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space, an indoor chapel, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, (2) kitchens, bar kitchen, and a large catering kitchen. We have two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms, one set at each end of the building. We also have a fully handicap accessible restroom. We have on site lodging as well as a smaller venue for your rehearsal dinner.

Our historic station was the fire station for 100+ years. We have two themed airbnbs- Bell Tower Loft and the Calaboose. We include the tables and chairs, you book your vendors, catering, etc. We have an antique firetruck and a bridal suite!

Located in the North Texas town of Krum, Finley Chapel and Event Center is a unique, family owned and operated venue for weddings, celebrations, events and meetings. Less than a 10 mile drive from downtown Denton, our 5,700 square foot location can accommodate up to 150 people in the chapel and up to 100 in the reception hall or garden area. Finley Chapel and Event Center is proud to be located in a unique and historic building which has been updated and includes modern amenities.

Our 22-hour wedding day rental includes our 2800 square foot Event Barn that has 13 large, rustic round top tables that seat up to 10 guests each. Extra white tables and chairs are available if needed. There is a wet bar, as well as an attached well-equipped cold prep catering kitchen. The Event barn has a gorgeous deck overlooking the property for your ceremony or event extra dance and seating. We also have a stunning lakeside area, and a garden gazebo. That package comes with any outdoor ceremony site, and also a secluded cottage. Activities include recreation room with pool tables and large flat screen televisions, lake for fishing and/or swimming, and trails for hiking and biking.

Nestled in the country side of North Texas, the rustic sophisticated charm of HD Ranch is truly unique to the area with its accommodations. HD Ranch offers a stress free venue experience that generously includes onsite lodging for 3 full days! Our weekend package books you from Friday morning to Monday morning providing you with ample time and opportunity for set up and tear down. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a warming kitchen, bath towels and linens. We are able to sleep 12 in beds between the house and guest house. Enjoy private yard with pool, hot tub, grill and cedar cabana...perfect for your rehearsal dinner or Sunday Brunch with guests!
