Overall, they had good communication, although they only informed us a week before the wedding that they wanted to do a walkthrough of our venue with us. That week was very busy for us, so my fiance and I only had one day available to do the walk through. We planned on that day but then they ended up not being able to make it that day due to traffic issues (totally understandable but wish we had more notice of wanting a walk through). Despite the short notice and not being able to make it on the day we planned, they still did a walkthrough of the venue, just without us. On the day of the wedding, the food tasted and looked amazing. Everything went to plan.
