Gather in Downtown McKinney is an intimate, historic-luxe wedding venue located on the square in Downtown McKinney, Texas. Gather is owned and operated by Darrell and Jill Barnes, a husband and wife team who are thrilled to be able to share in some of your most special moments. Since opening in 2011 Gather remains a staple in the local community. With its historic location, original wood floors, exposed bricks and crystal chandeliers, Gather is an elegant, timeless venue that hosts up to 150 guest providing a celebration that is sure to be memorable. We are an excellent location for hosting bridal or baby showers, birthday parties or quinceaneras, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and much more.

A locally owned fine dining establishment originally built as a blacksmith shop. With a from scratch kitchen conveniently located in the Denton town square and charmingly built with historic architecture with touches of modern luxury.

Layout/design includes a temperature-controlled, fully enclosed dog-friendly patio, traditional dining area, and mezzanine/loft for longer-term wifi usage or private meetings. The downstairs main dining area and enclosed patio can be combined into one continuous dining area opened to the outside (if desired) or reserved separately. Downstairs seats 150 (including 40 in the patio) and upstairs seats another 40.

Our farm has The Venue at Boyd Farm, a music pavilion for concerts & events, and five luxury 2-bedroom cabins available for rent for events as well as a one or two night getaway. The Venue at Boyd Farm is an expansive and beautiful venue, accommodating up to 500 guests inside or unlimited outside!
