Throughout the vibrant green fields of Adaumont Farm horses and Black Angus Cows still roam freely, giving the property a distinctive upscale and pastoral feel. Couples can choose to celebrate their vows on the banks of Wheatmore Pond’s calm waters under a rustic arbor festooned in elegant white drapes. The venue’s barn welcomes large celebrations, and the farm’s overall capacity is up to 350 guests. Leading up to big day, the wedding party can use the Hunting Lodge for their rehearsal dinner. There are also separate get-ready spaces available for the couple and their entourage to use on the day of events.

Where do I start? As a wedding planner, this is one of my favorite venues. From the ceremony site that overlooks the pound to the breath take arch you have for photos. I love this place. Your guest will feel like they're out in the middle of fields!!! Now let's talk table all the space inside the venue. They have such a great space. You can have a fully seated dinner and room for a great dance floor ao your guest can dance. night away! I hope to see you soon at the venue for your wedding!

We had our wedding at The Loft at Congdon Yards on October 29, 2023, with about 150 of our closest friends and family — and we truly couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. The moment we toured the space, we were drawn in by the beautiful architecture. The blend of historic charm and modern design created such a unique atmosphere that felt warm, elegant, and effortlessly stylish. Every room flowed so well, giving our guests a comfortable, open experience from ceremony to reception. The staff at The Loft were absolutely incredible — professional, helpful, and genuinely kind every step of the way. From early planning through the final moments of the night, they made everything run smoothly so we could just focus on enjoying our day. If you’re considering this venue, we can’t recommend it enough. The space is stunning, the people are amazing, and it helped make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more.
