Some of our guests' favorites were the truffle arancinis at cocktail hour and the fried oreos for late night bites. We did short rib and halibut for dinner and both were so tender and flavorful. All the food was beautiful and so many guests told us how much they enjoyed it. Maria called me a few times leading up to the wedding the ensure I got exactly what I wanted and that my day went smoothly - she arrived one time and ready to rock and she did just that. Maria came prepared with everything that was needed and we had a smooth dinner service. The servers she brought were also professional and pleasant.
