Fully licensed onsite restaurant and catering services. In addition to setting up and cleaning the venue. We coordinate your guests, vendors, and bridal party. The bar is fully prepped with all needs, menu displays - and more! We work with the couples to build the wedding they’ve envisioned. We have a large variety of decorations that couples can choose from, or supply their own. From signs, centerpieces, floral swag, etc. in all different colors and designs, we help to keep the additional decor cost low or even at no cost to our couples. We offer both indoor and outdoor settings. You may stage your ceremony on a high ridge overlooking the Delaware River or nestled among the apple and pear trees. You may serve lunch or dinner in our award-winning Tasting Room or our elegant Wedding Tent. Our Executive Chef Jack Tippett has created seasonal catering menus that pair perfectly with our ciders.Included in the wedding package are the Mountain House and Cottage, sleeping ten guests. Additional lodging for 50 guests is available at the Boarding House and two houses in Callicoon, the small town just down the hill that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Lodge at Soaring Eagle – Exclusive event space, available for the weekend or as an add-on. The lodge sleeps 24 with 6 bedrooms, features a creekside ceremony site, an outdoor kitchen for large dinner parties, and a fully stocked kitchen.
