We just had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate this past Friday and are still in awe at how perfect it all was! From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice. The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision! We also had the pleasure of getting Mikayla as our day-of coordinator (full circle moment) and she was the absolute BEST! All the decor was set up exactly how we wanted it, and she helped keep us on schedule for the day. She was super sweet and even brought our dog, Delilah, a bowl of water before the ceremony :) DJ was our banquet captain and he was INCREDIBLE. He made sure that we had food and kept our drinks flowing all night, and was even kind enough to pack us a little bit of everything to take home! Another thing we are extremely happy with was how great the food was. Our guests are still raving about it, and everyone says it's some of the best wedding food they've ever had! We are so so grateful to Mikayla, DJ, and the entire Fallbrook team for making our big day so magical. Truly something we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Fallbrook Estate and the Wedgewood team to anyone - you won't regret it!

Although our wedding hasn’t happened yet, we couldn’t wait to share how thrilled we’ve been with our experience so far with The Headquarters! From the very beginning, the team has been phenomenal, Taylor and Janae’s professionalism and communication has made the entire process smooth and stress-free thus far. A special shoutout to Taylor, who played a huge role in helping us feel confident about booking a venue still under renovation. Her years of experience with Wedgewood and new venue openings reassured us that their blueprints and mock-ups are always spot-on with the final product—and it’s easy to see that this space is going to be stunning. We were specifically looking for a venue that felt unique and special, something fresh that none of our friends or family had used before. Choosing The Headquarters was a leap of faith, but the team’s attention to detail and their ability to keep us in the loop has us beyond excited for our big day. The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.

Everyone is still talking about how amazing our wedding was. As the couple, we were always put first and asked throughout the day if we needed anything, which is super nice when you are busy with your guests. Our coordinator was Bre and she was so sweet and made sure that everyone (bridal party) knew what they were doing. Our DJ Kyon, was also so sweet and amazing about checking in with us on timing throughout the reception, and getting everyone on the dance floor. We really felt like we were put first. I can not recommend this place enough!! It is a beautiful venue. Everything is in one area so there are no long walks, or driving for guests. My grandfather was in a wheelchair and had an easy time getting around. I loved that I was able to text the venue at anytime so if I felt like something was amiss, it was easily handled and I would get the answers I needed, as well as the venue taking notes on requests I made.

I had my wedding at Victoria Ranch in February. It was perfect! The location is stunning with beautiful views and a gorgeous sunset – plenty of spots for incredible photos. Our wedding was 80 people and there were tons of spots throughout the property for people to wander, explore, and take photos, while still feeling intimate. We had a happy hour event the night before our ceremony and reception, all of which were catered by the preferred vendor, Chef Joann. The food was incredible. Hands down the best wedding food ever. We ended up staying at the property for two nights with our families and when the weather got chilly at night we ended up moving the party into the ranch itself. The ranch is charming and cozy, full of vintage tchotchkes that made this antique lover's heart melt. Perhaps most importantly, the team was easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. They were responsive and knowledgeable. I put a lot of trust in their vision and input. It was the best decision because it took a lot of the stress off of planning a wedding, knowing that the catering and venue was in good, capable hands.

I got married here at the beginning of June and it was the best day of my life and Forgotten Barrel definitely made it an amazing day. When I first came here to tour the place, Alyssa made me feel like a bride and not just another person looking for a venue. She was easy to work with and definitely was one of the many selling points of picking this venue for our wedding. The day itself was flawless and all our guests had a great time here. We also came at a perfect time of the year because all the flowers were blooming and the place looked extra beautiful. I definitely recommend this place you won't regret it!
