The Dexter Ballroom features elegant hardwood floors, west-facing windows, two Steinway grand pianos and a large kitchen. The ballroom can accommodate 250 standing guests or 184 for a plated dinner. There is also the Wege Recital Hall. It has enough space for 100 standing reception or 48 for a plated dinner. The room also boasts two grand pianos, a small kitchenette, and a fireplace. More-private gatherings may be held in the Mika Music Library, which provides couples and their loved ones with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The Red Barn, built in 1910 by Mike’s great-grandparents Ernest and Helen Faling, was inherited by Mike in the 1980s. He transformed it into a home where he raised his three daughters. On August 6, 2016, Mike’s oldest daughter held her wedding on the property, inspiring the creation of a wedding and lodging venue. Named "Little Flower Barn" (from "Fiorillo," meaning "Little Flower"), the venue honors the family heritage. In early 2019, Mike and his partner Sarah remodeled the Red Barn to accommodate 17 guests, constructed a reception barn for 300 guests, and added a pond-side amphitheater garden. Little Flower Barn offers a beautiful, functional backdrop for events.
