“We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!”

I've honestly never enjoyed a meal at a wedding, until we had the buffet Beverly and her team prepared. I was so happy that the food was such a highlight of the event. I believe we had a lasagna, chicken/shrimp pasta, mac and cheese, and a cheesy squash-zucchini casserole. Beverly, her husband, and the rest of the crew were incredibly kind and their service was great; the serving of the food was very smooth, unlike some weddings I've been to where it takes forever for each table to get through the line! She even checked in with me at the end of the night to congratulate me and to make sure we didn't need anything else.
