House Estate, one of Texas’s premier wedding facilities, is centered around a lovingly restored 1890’s Victorian mansion (above). Set on 18 acres close to Houston, its lakes and views are stunning. Every event is allocated a complete day and a dedicated coordinator is on-site during the entire event. Weddings in the mansion take place in the glass-walled Grand Room – which quickly transforms for dining and dancing. Weddings at the gazebo take advantage of the lakes and grounds, using the Great Hall for dining and dancing.

This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.
