Our venue decision was heavily inspired by being the third generation to be married at Anchorage Pres., however, I would do it all over again had we been searching for a traditional, welcoming space in the Louisville area. We had many local and out-of-town guests comment on how intimate the ceremony and sanctuary felt from beginning to end. The sunset light shining through the original stained glass windows during the moments we took our vows was so beautiful, I truly felt like I was living a dream.\n\nThe entire planning experience was smooth, staff clearly communicated and were incredibly accommodating with our personalization wishes (including our dogs as special guests). Any question, any idea, and every anxiety I had over this past year about this day, I would even go to her. She would help talk me through everything I needed and made sure any of my extra ideas that she could arrange for me prior to the day of, she did. I think there is a responsibility on every brides end, to have a good understanding at what a venue has to offer when choosing one. There is also a responsibility for a bride to ask questions and make sure everyone is on the same page to make the day perfect. You cannot assume anything.
