Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!
